The K6 & K7 Base Camp Trek is one of the most beautiful trekking adventures in the Hushe Valley, leading into the breathtaking Charakusa Valley beneath the magnificent peaks of K6 (7,282m) and K7 (6,934m). Unlike the busy Baltoro route, this trek offers solitude, dramatic landscapes, and close-up views of some of the Karakoram’s most impressive granite walls.
Starting from Hushe Village, the trail follows the Charakusa River through alpine meadows, glacial moraines, and seasonal shepherd camps before reaching the base camps below K6 and K7. Along the way, trekkers are rewarded with views of Link Sar, Namika, Drifika, Kapura Peak, and countless unnamed rock spires that have made Charakusa one of the world’s premier alpine climbing destinations
